Stuart M. Sieger serves as counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is a member of the firm's Corporate & Securities Department, and Technology and Corporate Governance Practice Groups.

Mr. Sieger's area of concentration is in corporate and securities transactions, including public and private placements, other forms of corporate finance, acquisitions and dispositions of stocks and assets and general corporate practice.

Mr. Sieger advises small and medium size companies on legal matters relating to their growth and development beginning with their formation and early venture financing, and continuing with the public offering of their securities, bank and other financing, acquisitions, dispositions and exit strategies. Such representations involve a multi-specialty approach including corporate and finance matters, commercial agreements, litigation, intellectual property, employment issues and relationships among principals.

Mr. Sieger also advises registered broker dealers and represents them in securities transactions such as IPOs and private placements, and in the formation of bond and stock funds. In addition, he counsels corporations and individuals on the benefits and implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
After graduating from Columbia College and NYU Law School, Mr. Sieger practiced in New York City until 1997 when he moved his practice to Long Island.
