Robert Regan serves as counsel to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is a member of the Firm's Financial Services, Banking and Bankruptcy Department.

Mr. Regan is experienced in commercial litigation arising out of partnership and intra-corporate disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Regan served as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court.

At law school, Mr. Regan was a member of the Buffalo Law Review and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Board. Mr. Regan also studied at Karl Franzens University in Graz, Austria.
