Thomas Telesca is an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and the Construction Law practice group.
Mr. Telesca has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation, including corporate dissolutions, shareholder and partnership disputes, antitrust or unfair business practices, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, enforcement of restrictive covenants, RICO actions, construction and real estate related matters, contract disputes and Article 78 proceedings against municipalities.
Mr. Telesca is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as numerous federal courts, including the United States Court of International Trade. He is a member of the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Commercial and Corporate Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the International Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar.
During law school, Mr. Telesca studied international law in Tokyo, Japan at Temple University. He is the author of "Sovereignty or the Precautionary Principle, Which Will Save Our Fish?" published in the Fall 2003 edition of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal.
Mr. Telesca was elected to the Board of Directors of the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation in February 2011. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York.
