David R. Schoenhaar is an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek where he is a member of the firm’s Trust & Estates Department.
Mr. Schoenhaar came to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek with extensive client experience that he acquired during his eight year consulting career at Accenture, one of the world’s largest global management and technology consulting firms. At Accenture, Mr. Schoenhaar managed large client teams responsible for implementing multi-million dollar cost reduction initiatives.
Recognizing his desire to maintain a client-focused career in a legal setting, Mr. Schoenhaar received his Juris Doctor at Touro Law Center, where he was elected as the Managing Editor of the Touro Law Review, received numerous CALI awards for academic excellence and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Schoenhaar expanded his legal experience by interning for the honorable E. Thomas Boyle for the Eastern District of New York, participating in the summer associate program with Ruskin Moscou Faltischek and serving in the Touro Elder Law Clinic.
Mr. Schoenhaar's areas of concentration consist of estate planning, including preparation of wills and trusts that integrate asset protection, insurance and business succession planning; estate administration; and estate litigation.
