Adam L. Browser serves as of Counsel to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is a member of the firm's Litigation and Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Departments and its Construction Practice Group.
Mr. Browser has extensive experience in civil and sophisticated commercial litigation, including mortgages and mortgage-related issues. He has represented credit unions, mortgagee banks and other mortgage holders in diverse dispute settings and venues. Mr. Browser's broad litigation experience includes disputes involving construction, real estate, contracts, partnerships, insurance and title claims. Mr. Browser also regularly represents owners, contractors and sub-contractors in negotiating and preparing construction agreements.
Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Mr. Browser represented national financial institutions, including many Fortune 500 companies, in foreclosures, work-outs, bankruptcies, evictions and title claims.
After graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton, Mr. Browser attended Hofstra Law School where he was the managing editor of the Hofstra Property Law Journal.
Mr. Browser is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and is active in its Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Committees. He was formerly the chairperson of the Nassau County Bar Association's Construction Law Committee and is currently the chairperson of the Lawyer Referral Committee. He is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. Mr. Browser also serves on the Board of Trustees for Temple Beth David in Commack.
